Reynolds began as the first U.S. licensee of the Inliner® technology in 1991. Soon after, we expanded that to technology ownership through the acquisition of both Inliner Technologies, LLC and Liner Products, LLC (tube manufacturing facility) giving us vertical integration and significant flexibility when it comes to CIPP. Our installation techniques and the lining tube manufacturer are both ISO 9001:2008 certified, bringing the value of quality control to all aspects of our process.
As a licensed installer and owner of the Inliner® trenchless sewer relining process, Reynolds Inliner has successfully installed more than 11.2 million feet of CIPP throughout the United States. Pipe diameters range from 4-inch to 86-inch and have included traditional round as well as odd shaped piping.
We pride ourselves at being a fully operational construction firm with nearly 400 employees dedicated to rehabilitation efforts. This vast set of resources combined with our CIPP vertical integration gives us the ability to provide clients with timely responses to both planned and emergency rehabilitation needs.
Our resources extend beyond Reynolds Inliner into our parent company Reynolds Inc and Layne Christensen Company.

These company connections closely tie us to nationally recognized firms known for reliable and high-quality construction of public utilities, including well drilling; wastewater, storm water and potable water supply and treatment; and the specialty markets of mineral exploration, energy and geoconstruction.
