Manhole Renewal:
Since manholes suffer from a variety of problems, from minor leaks to major failures, an assortment of methods are required to properly renew them. The most cost-effective solutions are those that are tailored to overcome each particular problem. If full renewal is not required, we can utilize such tools as casting adjustments and changes, chimney seals and leak grouting. When comprehensive rehabilitation is needed, epoxy coatings are recognized by corrosion experts as delivering the most effective protection for concrete and steel. Excavation & Replacement:
There are times when needs cannot be addressed with a no-dig solution. When trenchless renewal is not the answer to a problem, we have personnel with extensive experience and the equipment required for proper excavation and replacement of pipelines and system components. We are often contracted to provide full-system solutions, which could include a mix of trenchless and non-trenchless methods of renewal and/or replacement.

Sliplining:
The sliplining process, also known as insertion method, consists of sliding a smaller diameter pipe liner, typically HDPE or fiberglass, into the existing pipeline, grouting the annular space and then re-establishing the service connections to the new liner. Since flows can be maintained during this method, it is often utilized in larger diameter pipelines where bypass flows are excessive. Reynolds is fully equipped to offer this solution.
