Description:
This project is a unique design-build project in which three 300 foot long, 66-inch diameter
wastewater storage pipes beneath the lower level of the Scott Stadium parking garage were
completely rehabilitated. The storage pipes served as storage for wastewater during
football games and stadium events.
Project challenges included having to install CIPP liners in the ground floor of a widely
used parking facility and meshing of three different rehabilitative measures to accomplish
the required goal. All efforts were designed and installed completed by Reynolds'
internal personnel.
The 30-day duration turnkey rehabilitation efforts included 33 mm CIPP as well as cementitious
and epoxy product application. Water exfiltration testing was completed after the efforts
to prove integrity and watertightness of the completed system.
