Reynolds began in the sewer industry in the 1930s. Now a prominent infrastructure construction company,
Reynolds is recognized nationwide for its reliable and high-quality construction experience in public
utilities, including potable water, wastewater, stormwater and wastewater treatment plant construction.
Reynolds is a fully operational construction firm headquartered in Orleans, Ind., employing nearly 1,200
employees, with more than 500 of those fully dedicated to rehabilitation efforts through Reynolds Inliner,
the rehabilitation division of Reynolds Inc. Our rehabilitation crews work all over the eastern half of
the United States and in the Texas region and have the resources available to provide clients with timely
responses to rehabilitation needs — both planned for and emergency.
In 1992, Reynolds became the first Inliner® licensee. Reynolds
subsequently acquired full rights to license the product in the U.S., forming Reynolds Inliner to serve as
the parent company of both Inliner Technologies and liner manufacturer Liner Products. Reynolds Inliner has
successfully installed more than 7 million feet of Inliner® CIPP
throughout the United States.
Reynolds is ISO 9001:2000 certified as a designer and
one of four installers of the Inliner® product. We are one of only two
ISO-certified CIPP installers in the United States. In addition, the Liner Products manufacturing facility
is also ISO 9001:2000 certified, bringing the value of quality control to both the design and installation
of our projects.
